21-DAY HIMALAYAN KRIYA (BREATHWORK)

This three-week intensive builds a powerful daily practice through 21 consecutive, 30-minute sessions. I’ll personally guide you to unlock deep change and experience the lasting benefits of consistent practice.

SADHANA INITIATION

A structured, three-session program designed to establish your personalised daily practice. You will walk away with a custom 20–30 minute Himalayan Kriya (Breathwork) practice that you can confidently implement on your own every morning, empowering you to cultivate inner peace, lasting change, and sustained clarity.
